At AquaSonic, we get this question all the time: “Is it safe to take my [insert prized vehicle here] through your car wash?” Whether you’re rolling in a dually truck, a lifted pickup, a Jeep Wrangler, or a soft top Bronco, the short answer is: yes, it’s safe—because we designed it that way.

Bigger Trucks, Duallies, and Lifted Rigs Welcome

Our tunnel was engineered with oversized vehicles in mind. We can accommodate trucks up to 94 inches wide and 86 inches tall, making us one of the few washes built to handle duallies, lifted pickups, wide work trucks, and SUVs with racks.

And because we use a “magic carpet” belt system instead of a traditional track, there’s no need to carefully align your wheels or worry about scuffing those rims. Just roll on in—we’ve eliminated the stress and minimized the risk.

Soft Tops? We’ve Got You Covered (Literally)

We know how protective soft top owners can be—and we respect it. Whether you’re driving a soft top Jeep, Bronco, convertible Mustang, or Miata, AquaSonic is a safe choice.

Our tunnel uses soft-touch technology and chemistry that’s gentle on fabrics and vinyl. In fact, we’ve found our wash formulas actually help reduce fading and UV damage—like a sunscreen for your soft top.

That said, it’s always best to check your vehicle owner’s manual—some manufacturers are extra cautious in their recommendations (and that’s okay). If you ever want to do a visual check with one of our team members before your first wash, we’re more than happy to help.

Our Promise: Safety First, Always

Safety is our priority. Our tunnel is built for maximum protection, and most damages result from pre-existing conditions, modifications, or failure to follow safe wash practices—but if we’re at fault, we’ll make it right. That’s the AquaSonic way.

Here’s what we’re not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing vehicle damage, like loose or damaged trim
  • Non-factory or aftermarket parts
  • Spare tire covers or roof rack systems
  • Vehicles 20+ years old
  • Power antennas, running boards, mirrors, or wipers left on
  • Not following your vehicle’s washing guidelines
  • Not following team member directions in the tunnel
  • Steering or shifting out of neutral during the wash

If damage results from any of these factors, we ask that you take responsibility—just like we will if it’s something we did wrong. Any concerns? Just talk to a manager the same day, and we’ll sort it out—no drama.

No Contracts. No Quibble. No Worries.

Still a little cautious? No problem. Sign up for our FoundersClub and try us out risk-free during our grand opening period. If you’re not completely happy, you can cancel before your first charge—no contracts, no traps.

And thanks to our no-quibble guarantee, if something’s not right, we’ll make it right or give you a refund. We’re not in the business of leaving people hanging.

Bottom Line: You’re in Good Hands

We built AquaSonic to deliver a smarter, safer, and more thoughtful car wash experience. Whether you’re driving a show truck, workhorse, or weekend convertible, we’ve got the tech, the team, and the tunnel to keep it safe and spotless.

Still have questions? Reach out—we’d love to talk shop and show you how we do things the AquaSonic way.
