At AquaSonic, we believe in driving change—literally. As we gear up for the grand opening of our New Port Richey location, we’re thrilled to announce our first official local community partnership with a true hometown hero: Runaways Animal Rescue.
This incredible nonprofit is changing lives in our community every day—one rescue, one adoption, one second chance at a time.
From One Woman’s Home to a Rescue of Hope
Runaways Rescue was founded by the legendary Dani the Cat Lady, who started fostering animals from her home in New Port Richey. When the pandemic hit, the mission expanded: a donated old church was transformed into a thriving rescue hub with room for dogs, cats, ferrets, rabbits, chinchillas—you name it.
Their motto?
Big or small, they save them all.
“We’re still working hard to get the word out about the work we do at Runaways, and partnerships like this one with AquaSonic mean the world to us,” said Dani Giroux, President and Founder of Runaways Rescue. “We hope it inspires more local businesses to jump in, lend a hand, and help us grow. There are so many more animals out there who need a chance.”
And the results speak for themselves: over 1,000 adoptions per year, with animals going from abandoned to adored thanks to Dani and her team.
Every Wash Helps Save a Life
During our FoundersClub presale, we’re donating $1 from every membership sold directly to Runaways Rescue. And if we hit our presale goal, we’ll match it with an additional $1,000—because love and clean cars both go a long way.
