How do I cancel, pause, or modify my membership?

You can do that right from the AquaSonic app or web portal: https://app.aquasoniccarwash.com/login

1. Open the AquaSonic app and log into your account.
2. Go to your Memberships section.
3. Select the vehicle/membership you’d like to edit.
4. Choose Manage Membership and follow the prompts to cancel, pause, or modify.

Please note that all membership changes must be completed through the app or web portal. Our team is unable to make modifications to your membership on your behalf.

Once you’ve successfully made any changes to your account, you’ll receive a confirmation receipt for your records.

If you’re cancelling, please make sure to complete the cancellation at least 5 days before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.
