What happens if my vehicle gets damaged during a wash?

While circumstances like this are incredibly rare, if there’s ever an issue, our team is here to assist. We thoroughly inspect our equipment and processes to prevent any damage.

While AquaSonic takes every precaution to prevent damage, we’re here to help if an issue arises. Our on-site team is trained to address any concerns immediately, from inspecting your vehicle to resolving the situation fairly. With routine maintenance on our equipment and strict quality controls, incidents are rare—but your peace of mind is our priority. That’s why we offer our No Quibble Guarantee: if you’re not completely satisfied with your experience, we’ll refund your money, ensuring you feel confident and secure every time you wash with us.

Safety is our priority. Our tunnel is built for maximum protection, and most damages result from pre-existing conditions, modifications, or failure to follow safe wash practices, but if we’re at fault, we’ll make it right—that’s the AquaSonic way.

However, it is important to note that AquaSonic is not responsible for damage caused by:

  1. Pre-existing vehicle damage including loose or damaged trim
  2. Non-factory or modified parts including all parts not installed at factory
  3. Spare tire covers and roof rack systems
  4. Vehicles 20+ years old
  5. Power antennas, running boards, mirrors, or wipers left on during the wash
  6. Failure to follow the owner’s manual for washing
  7. Failure to follow team member directions in the tunnel
  8. Failure to keep the vehicle in neutral or steering while inside the tunnel

If damage results from any of the above factors, we ask that you take responsibility—just as we will if it’s our fault. All damages must be reported to manager on duty day of incident.
